Professional Interpreting Service

Interpreting is crucial to many organisations in today's multicultural society, whether they are for local authorities communicating with tenants, Government bodies or for corporate events. We only use qualified interpreters, to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Our interpreting services are explained below but a member of our team will be happy to discuss your requirements and recommend the best interpreting solution for you.
What Interpreting Service Do You Need?
Face to face interpreting
We have a number of options for face to face interpreting.
Consecutive interpreting:Our consecutive interpreters are ideal for situations such as medical appointments, local authority tenant discussions and confidential hearings - where the interpreter listens to the speaker in the source language and then reproduces the speech in the target language of the audience.
Simultaneous interpreting:The simultaneous interpreter usually sits in a soundproof booth, listens to the speaker through earphones and, speaking into a microphone, reproduces the speech in the target language as it is being delivered in the source language. Simultaneous interpreters are in demand, so it's important that you book this service far in advance, wherever possible.
Whispered interpreting:Occasionally, interpreters may be asked to provide whispered interpreting or "chuchotage" (French for "murmur" or "whisper"), which consists of sitting behind or next to a participant and simultaneously interpreting in a low voice.
Instant telephone interpreting
We provide an on-demand telephone interpreting service in over 30 languages, which is available within 60 seconds; making it ideal for local authorities, government bodies, the Police and probation services or any organisation that needs reliable interpretation they can trust.
Legal and Court Interpreters
Nowhere is the quality of an Interpreter more important than in a court of law. That's why our legal Interpreters go through a stringent series of tests and constant assessment and training to ensure their work is of the highest quality. All our legal and court Interpreters have also been CRB checked to ensure they can be trusted to interpret only the words that are spoken - accurately.
